Raimondo<\/a><\/em>, is now famous for changing the rules. Instead of agencies having the final say when laws aren&#8217;t clear, the courts will take over that role. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Justice Roberts clarified in his opinion, saying, \u201cagencies have no special competence in resolving statutory ambiguities.
