Packing ammunition was not at all our intent,&#8221; he told <em>CBS Evening News<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valerie had been cleared of charges and was allowed to depart.  Ryan has to stay behind to face the legal proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The gravity of the situation is compounded by a change in the local legal environment in Turks and Caicos.
