The intruder who was shot last week by a homeowner is now in police custody (Image\/Fox10<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

A Phoenix homeowner shot a strange man last week when the intruder forced his way into the residence last week.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Arizona Family<\/a>, it was just after 8 p.m. that night when the intruder attempted to force entry into the home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Police reports say this was when the homeowner shot the man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The intruder, later identified as 24-year-old Isaiah Roggenbuck, ran away from the home. Police found him in a nearby part of the neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reports from the Arizona Family<\/a> claim that Roggenbuck was found near a marijuana dispensary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Police took him to a hospital to be treated for his injuries. According to Fox10<\/em><\/a>, the injuries were non-life-threatening.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roggenbuck was released into police custody and is being held on charges of criminal trespassing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The homeowner was not injured and neither was anyone else. Police are still in the process of investigation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
