Such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The creation of a permit-to-purchase (PtP) scheme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bans of magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And a requirement that background checks be completed prior to the transfer of any firearm in the state, closing the so-called\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nraila.org\/get-the-facts\/what-is-the-charleston-loophole\/#:~:text=The%203%20day%20proceed%20to,our%20current%20background%20check%20system.\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"oregon-ballot-measure-114-declared-unconstitutional-but-fights-not-over\" title=\"Oregon Ballot Measure 114 Declared Unconstitutional -- But Fight's Not Over\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cCharleston Loophole.\u201d<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This decision at the state level currently halts the implementation of Measure 114, despite a separate federal court ruling that upheld the measure under federal law.
