He also owns B&amp;T USA.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both Sullivan&#8217;s firm and he held Federal Firearms Licenses. Meanwhile, Tafoya and Vickers operated firearm-related businesses in New Mexico and North Carolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-alleged-deceit-for-firearms\"><strong>Alleged Deceit for Firearms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The core of the indictment alleges that these individuals, from June 2018 to March 2021, conspired to obtain firearms under false pretenses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They purportedly misled authorities, claiming the firearms would be used for law enforcement demonstrations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, evidence suggests these weapons were either resold for profit or kept for personal enjoyment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vickers-pleads-guilty\"><strong>Vickers Pleads Guilty<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Larry Vickers has already pleaded guilty, admitting to his role in the conspiracy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, he confessed to violating U.S. sanctions against a foreign firearms manufacturer. Although facing potential jail time of up to 25 years, sentencing for Vickers remains pending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-potential-consequences-for-the-accused\"><strong>Potential Consequences for the Accused<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If found guilty, the other defendants could face up to five years in prison for each charge related to the firearms conspiracy.
