The footage depicts a gunfight between a responding officer and the suspect.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This release followed a review of the incident by a grand jury.  It was presented by the Texas Rangers and the Collin County District Attorney&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The grand jury upheld the use of force as justified under Texas law after evaluating the evidence.
