Hunter Biden has agreed to plead guilty to these offenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second set of charges pertains to the possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user or addicted to a controlled substance. This is in violation of 18 U.S.C. \u00a7\u00a7 922(g)(3) and 924(a)(2) (2018). Clark.
