Boyle last week clarified her order granting, in part, SAF\u2019s preliminary injunction in a case known as&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saf.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Doc.-50-First-Amended-Complaint.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"saf-membership-surges-after-judge-clarifies-scope-of-arm-brace-injunction\" title=\"SAF Membership Surges After Judge Clarifies Scope of Arm Brace Injunction\"><em>SAF, et.al. v. ATF, et. al<\/em><\/a>. <\/em><em>In that clarification, she wrote, <\/em>\u201cThe Court confirms that its Preliminary Injunction Order applies to both the Second Amendment Foundation, Inc. and its members.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAF is joined in the case by Rainier Arms, LLC and two private citizens, Samuel Walley and William Green.
