He was in stable condition when he was taken to a hospital, according to police.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neither the victim nor the armed citizen were seriously harmed. Both witnesses gave statements to the investigators.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since then, <em>KTRK<\/em>, who reported the incident, has uncovered information about the suspect. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/abc13.com\/witness-shoots-robbery-suspect-man-wanted-for-murder-chase-bank-atm-shooting-westheimer\/13136892\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\"
