It appears the goal is to shut down as many gun shops as possible, even for the smallest infractions.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Fox News Digital <\/em>also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/internal-atf-docs-show-zero-tolerance-guidelines-shutting-down-gun-stores\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"goa-just-leaked-atfs-zero-tolerance-manual\" title=\"GOA Just Leaked ATF\u2019s Zero Tolerance Manual\">reported<\/a> on the story:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The guidance says the agency \u201chas zero tolerance for willful violations that greatly affect public safety and ATF\u2019s ability to trace firearms recovered in violent crimes\u201d and that \u201crevocation\u201d of the FFL\u2019s license \u201cis the assumed action\u201d with violations.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Per the internal docs, &#8220;revolution is the assumed action unless extraordinary circumstances exist, when violations are cited that include\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transferring a firearm &#8220;to a prohibited person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe the transferee is a prohibited person&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not running a background check on the prospective buyer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Making a false or fictitious written statement in the FFL\u2019s required records or in applying for a firearms license&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SEE ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gunsamerica.com\/digest\/saf-reports-spike-in-ffl-revocations\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"goa-just-leaked-atfs-zero-tolerance-manual\" title=\"GOA Just Leaked ATF\u2019s Zero Tolerance Manual\">SAF Reports a 500% Increase in FFL Revocations<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJoe Biden has weaponized the ATF against gun owners and the firearms industry in an attempt to violate the Second Amendment and expand his illegal gun registry,&#8221; observed Aiden Johnston, GOA\u2019s director of federal affairs, in an interview with <em>Fox News Digital<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRather than targeting those who display clear negligence and disregard for the law, ATF now revokes licenses without warning at the discovery of a first mistake by honest gun dealers,\u201d Johnston said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Johnston also warned of the growing gun <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gunsamerica.com\/digest\/report-biden-amassing-millions-of-gun-owner-records-in-preparation-for-gun-registry\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"goa-just-leaked-atfs-zero-tolerance-manual\" title=\"GOA Just Leaked ATF\u2019s Zero Tolerance Manual\">registry<\/a> ATF is amassing after the forced closure of FFLs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen Federal Firearms Licensees are forced out of business, ATF adds their records to its digital gun registry that has nearly a billion gun and gun owner records,\u201d he explained. \u201cGOA is already working with Second Amendment champions like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gunsamerica.com\/digest\/republican-congressman-introduces-bill-to-block-atfs-backdoor-gun-registry\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"goa-just-leaked-atfs-zero-tolerance-manual\" title=\"GOA Just Leaked ATF\u2019s Zero Tolerance Manual\">Rep.
