One way the Rogue is lighter than other AR-10s is because it’s been forged with less material in non-critical areas. Also, it uses a direct impingement gas system, but only mid-length. Its weight is further reduced by using a mid-length handguard over the 16.5″ barrel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
