Holding the victim at gunpoint, Moss allegedly took the man\u2019s keys, phone, credit card, and, notably, his concealed carry license.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SEE ALSO:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gunsamerica.com\/digest\/12-days-of-shot-winners-list-you-can-be-next\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"four-time-felon-attempts-to-rob-concealed-carrier-on-chicago-train\" title=\"Four-Time Felon Attempts to Rob Concealed Carrier on Chicago Train...\">12 Days of SHOT Giveaway Winners List \u2014 You Can Be Next!<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Moss threatened to shoot the victim if he did not exit the train at Cicero station, according to prosecutor Christopher Cromydas, as he recounted the story before Judge Maryam Ahmad during the bail hearing for Moss.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After stepping off the train at Cicero station, the guard pulled out his own firearm on the platform. He then re-entered the train and launched into a \u201cfirefight\u201d with Moss where he expended 18 rounds, four of which jammed, Cromydas continued.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWait, wait, wait,\u201d Judge Ahmad interjected. \u201cA firefight on the train?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYes, your honor,\u201d Cromydas confirmed, explaining that the gunfight took place on the train and the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of the 18 rounds, Moss was only shot once in the leg, according to the Chicago police. Additionally, the victim was not injured, and there were no other injuries reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the firefight, Moss exited at the Cicero station while the victim continued riding the train for approximately 3.5 miles to the Laramie station, where he identified himself to the police and explained what happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SEE ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gunsamerica.com\/digest\/ca-gov-newsom-second-amendment-is-becoming-a-suicide-pact\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"four-time-felon-attempts-to-rob-concealed-carrier-on-chicago-train\" title=\"Four-Time Felon Attempts to Rob Concealed Carrier on Chicago Train...\">Newsom: \u20182A is becoming a suicide pact\u2019<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chicago cops found Moss walking in the Cicero station area and recovered the victim\u2019s property from his possession, along with a revolver that contained four bullets and one spent casing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is a pure miracle by the grace of God that no one was killed, that no innocent bystander was killed,\u201d Judge Ahmad remarked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the public defender assigned to Moss, he has two children and is pursuing a career as a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technician.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is charged with armed habitual criminal and armed robbery with a firearm. Judge Ahmad was barred from holding Moss without bail because prosecutors did not ask her to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is just ridiculous.
