Lockdown<\/a> is bringing shooters a solid way to display and organize their firearms and gear. At SHOT Show 2022 they’ve introduced their Secure Wall. An organization solution specifically made for firearms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the traditional pegboard panels are great for organizing things at your workbench in the garage, they fall short when it comes to firearms and associated gear. In part, they aren’t made for it. They lack the attachments to safely secure firearms and the strength to hold up to the weight. Lockdown set out to fix this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Secure Wall is a modular system made up of two different sized panels, Large and Half Size, measuring 32″x24″ and 16″x24″ — respectively (MSRP $55.99 \/ $39.99). They are also offered in both Standard and Heavy Duty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While at a glance the Standard and Heavy Duty look the same and can be mixed and matched without changing the aesthetic, the Heavy Duty will hold A LOT of weight and can be used for storing and organizing ammunition, in boxes or loaded magazines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the Secure Wall is a proprietary design, it is backward compatible with most pegboard hooks and accessories.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Secure Wall system also has a whole slew of proprietary attachments, specifically for firearms. These include Handgun Hangers (MSRP $5.99), Rifle Hangers (MSRP $9.99), Straight and Angled Handgun Barrel Pegs (MSRP $5.99) and a Vertical Rack that will hold 3 long guns (MSRP $29.99). They also offer shelves and baskets. Additionally, the system is backward compatible with other mounting pegs, should you need something lighter duty for other accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having installed pegboard-type organizational panels before, one thing that strikes me about the Secure Wall is how easy it is to install. Often times pegboards are set up with specific places for mounting hardware. But depending on the wall material and construction, maybe it misses a stud. With the Secure Wall you can pretty much install it anywhere, regardless of stud spacing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Gun Concealment Magnet lets you place guns almost anywhere, out of sight but easy to access.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the Secure Wall, Lockdown also offers its Gun Concealment Magnet. Super strong magnets covered with a non-marring coating that can secure pistols or long guns almost anywhere. Under a table, on a closet wall, or anywhere else you can think to place one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
