The man, Misbau Syed, 48 of Naperville IL., was arrested after police received a complaint about gunfire from the local Woodman Township. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Witnesses were able to provide deputies with a description of two vehicles as well as both partial and full license plate numbers. Syed has been charged with illegally shining deer, hunting after hours and transporting a loaded firearm in a vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authorities seized both the doe and the rifle. Both the Fennimore Police Dept. and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources assisted the sheriff\u2019s office during their investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center
