My wife says I\u2019m difficult to shop for. I don\u2019t know what she means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crimson Trace jumped into the rifle scope game with a bang, and I\u2019m loving their new Brushline and Brushline Pro series of scopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I already got my hands on the 2.5-10x Brushline Pro<\/a>, and I\u2019m asking for another scope for Christmas this year. I\u2019m most interested in the bottom and the top of the Brushline lineup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the most budget-friendly end of the spectrum, the 3-9x Brushline is listed with an MSRP of only $169 but still comes with the series\u2019 custom BDC reticle. The diamond shapes in the reticle allow for three distinct aiming points per diamond, so no matter your cartridge, you can find an aiming point at longer ranges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The scope is inexpensive, but it\u2019s still tough: it\u2019s nitrogen-purged, waterproof, and shockproof, and it comes with MOC-coated ELD glass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the opposite price point, the Brushline Pro 4-16x features flawless glass and that same innovative reticle for an MSRP of $779. It\u2019s been tested in extreme high and low temperatures, drop tested, and immersion tested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019d be happy if I find either under the tree this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
