He also faced first-degree reckless homicide, two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, and attempted first-degree intentional homicide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rittenhouse appeared to break down as jurors read their decision. When they concluded, he collapsed into his seat and embraced one of his attorneys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judge Bruce Schroeder praised jurors for their \u201cattentiveness\u201d throughout the 15-day trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI couldn\u2019t have asked for a better jury to work with,\u201d he said. \u201cWithout commenting on the verdicts themselves, in terms of your attentiveness and cooperation\u2026 justified the confidence that the founders of our country placed on you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Double-jeopardy laws prohibit the state from prosecuting Rittenhouse again or appealing the decision, meaning Rittenhouse is free (or, as he might say, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insider.com\/kenosha-kyle-rittenhouse-tshirt-bar-2021-1\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"breaking-jury-rules-kyle-rittenhouse-not-guilty-on-all-counts\" title=\"BREAKING: Jury Rules Kyle Rittenhouse Not Guilty on All Counts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">free AF<\/a>). There have been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/fact-check-are-photos-random-piles-bricks-kenosha-genuine-1650751\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"breaking-jury-rules-kyle-rittenhouse-not-guilty-on-all-counts\" title=\"BREAKING: Jury Rules Kyle Rittenhouse Not Guilty on All Counts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reports<\/a> of bricks being dumped around Kenosha, Wisconsin, where the trial took place, but violence has yet to break out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the Jacob Blake rallies, protestors marched (mostly) peacefully during the day, but rioters and looters burned the city at night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While rioting has yet to begin, law enforcement has expressed concern.
