But SJ Mayor Sam Liccardo didn\u2019t seem too concerned with the letter, indicating that he expects his agenda to prevail in the courts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis a full-frontal assault on lawful gun owners by the gun control zealots running the city of San Jose,\u201d said Dudley Brown, Executive Director of the National Foundation for Gun Rights, in a press release. \u201cThe city brazenly admits in their own press release that the burden of extra insurance and fees will ONLY be on the law-abiding.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
