&#8212;  let&#8217;s take a look at her views on guns.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before she was beat out by Mr. Biden and was actively pursuing the Democratic nomination, she published on her website, <a href=\"https:\/\/kamalaharris.org\/policies\/gun-violence\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"kamala-harris-on-guns-bidens-pick-for-vice-president\" title=\"Kamala Harris on Guns (Biden's Pick for Vice President!)\">KamalaHarris.org<\/a>, five key policy measures that she would implement via &#8220;executive action&#8221; if &#8220;Congress fails to send comprehensive gun safety legislation&#8221; to the president&#8217;s desk within the first 100 days of the new regime.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mandate near-universal background checks by requiring anyone who sells five or more guns a year to conduct background checks on all gun sales.<\/li><li>Revoke the licenses of gun manufacturers who break the law (including negligence laws and unfair trade practices) and take them to court if need be.<\/li><li>Reverse Trump\u2019s dangerous change to prohibited persons guidelines which has allowed thousands of fugitives with outstanding arrest warrants to buy guns.<\/li><li>Close the \u201cboyfriend loophole\u201d to prevent dating partners convicted of domestic violence from purchasing guns.<\/li><li>Ban AR-15-style assault weapons from being imported into the United States.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As a caveat, she also promised to reinstitute the Clinton-era &#8220;assault weapons&#8221; ban, prohibit &#8220;high capacity magazines&#8221; and open up gun dealers and manufacturers to frivolous lawsuits by rescinding the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Protection_of_Lawful_Commerce_in_Arms_Act\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"kamala-harris-on-guns-bidens-pick-for-vice-president\" title=\"Kamala Harris on Guns (Biden's Pick for Vice President!)\">PLCCA<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SEE ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gunsamerica.com\/kamala-harris-children-killed\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"kamala-harris-on-guns-bidens-pick-for-vice-president\" title=\"Kamala Harris on Guns (Biden's Pick for Vice President!)\">Kamala Harris Wants Congressmen in a \u2018Locked Room\u2019 with \u2018Autopsy Photographs\u2019 of Children Killed in Sandy Hook<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Given all this, it&#8217;s rather obvious why the Bloomberg-funded Everytown for Gun Safety was overjoyed when Biden put Harris on the ticket.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cVice President Biden and Senator Harris will be the strongest gun safety ticket in American history, which speaks volumes about how quickly the political calculus has shifted away from the gun lobby and toward common-sense gun laws,\u201d said John Feinblatt, president of Everytown for Gun Safety in a press release obtained by GunsAmerica.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shannon Watts, the founder of Moms Demand Action, a grassroots arm of Everytown, echoed the cheer.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cVice President Biden and Senator Harris are poised to make history this November,\u201d said Shannon Watts, founder of Moms Demand Action. \u201cThere is no doubt this will be the strongest gun safety ticket ever, and when we elect Vice President Biden as president and Senator Harris as his vice president, Americans will be safer.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instituting sweeping gun-control reform via executive fiat, vis a vis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gunsamerica.com\/oh-canada-your-prime-minister-banned-your-guns\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"kamala-harris-on-guns-bidens-pick-for-vice-president\" title=\"Kamala Harris on Guns (Biden's Pick for Vice President!)\">Canada<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gunsamerica.com\/new-zealand-police-minister-buyback-five-years-prison\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"kamala-harris-on-guns-bidens-pick-for-vice-president\" title=\"Kamala Harris on Guns (Biden's Pick for Vice President!)\">New Zealand<\/a>, is the Kamala Harris way.  That&#8217;s what we have to look forward to if Biden and Harris win in November.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make no mistake about it<strong><em> &#8212; they are coming for our guns.<\/em><\/strong> Saying that is not fear porn.  It&#8217;s fact!
