{"id":131134,"date":"2020-07-09T11:15:46","date_gmt":"2020-07-09T15:15:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gunsamerica.com\/digest\/?p=131134"},"modified":"2020-07-09T11:15:46","modified_gmt":"2023-09-06T21:41:19","slug":"concealed-carrier-fires-shot-in-walmart-to-stop-fight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/concealed-carrier-fires-shot-in-walmart-to-stop-fight\/","title":{"rendered":"Concealed Carrier Fires Shot in Walmart to Stop Fight"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interesting story developing in Sherwood, Arkansas, where a concealed carrier this week reportedly discharged a firearm inside a Walmart to break up a fight.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Local media reports that a group of 4 to 5 young adults were fighting with one another when a bystander, who has a valid concealed carry permit, pulled out her handgun and fired it up into the air. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Again, this was inside the store. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police came to the scene and arrested the alleged combatants.&nbsp; Sherwood Police Officer Richard McNeil spoke to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thv11.com\/article\/news\/local\/sherwood\/man-breaks-up-fight-sherwood-walmart-gun\/91-f8301cc8-787b-47d0-a427-8586a577325a\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"concealed-carrier-fires-shot-in-walmart-to-stop-fight\" title=\"Concealed Carrier Fires Shot in Walmart to Stop Fight\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">THV11.com<\/a> about the charges they\u2019ll likely face. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDisorderly conduct for one.
