It has to do with criminal behavior.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n Parson is calling for 1,000 members of the National Guard to support police and end the violence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Dorn worked his way up from patrol officer to Deputy Commander of the Bureau of Patrol Support. When he retired from the St. Louis police he joined the Moline Acres P.D. as the Chief of Police. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Dorn’s family has asked that supporters donate to CrimeStoppers or BackStoppers if they would like to help. CrimeStoppers is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Dorn’s killers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Jack Posobiec started a Funly campaign for the Captain David Dorn Memorial<\/a>. So far people have donated over $200,000 to the fund. The funds will go to Dorn’s family. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Other people have set up fraudulent crowd-funding accounts in Dorn’s name but they aren’t authentic, Dorn’s family says.
