FOR ALL GIVEAWAYS<\/b> you have to email shotpromo@gunsamerica.com with the subject line of the email as the thing you are entering. The winners will be picked after the show, most likely not until the Monday after the show, because everyone has to fly home and get organized in order to wade through all of these tens of thousands of emails. <\/p>\n

Official Rules<\/h2>\n

  1. This is a GunsAmerica promotion using our GunsAmerica Blog and Facebook. There is no purchase required.\n<\/li>\n
  2. To enter this giveaway, you must monitor this Blog page, or the GunsAmerica Facebook news feed for special codes that we will post as giveaway items become available. These codes will be something like “SUREFIRE LIGHTS UP THE DARKNESS,” “STAG ARMS MAKES LEFTY AR-15S,” or something like that.\n<\/li>\n
  3. These codes must be emailed, using standard email, to shotpromo@gunsamerica.com as the Subject: line. The entry is not case sensitive, and spelling doesn’t count. If you put the code in the body of the message, or you post it to our wall, to our blog, or anywhere else, you didn’t enter. It must be in the subject line of the email.\n<\/li>\n
  4. You may enter each contest only once, and you may enter all of the contests. We will be filtering all of the message on subject line and email address, and you if you have duplicated for any one contest you will be dropped from that contest.\n<\/li>\n
  5. After the SHOT Show we will count the number of entries in each contest and use a random number generator to pick the winner. Therefore your entry is not time sensitive. The winner will be contacted via email, and will have 48 hours to answer before being dropped and the next winner chosen.\n<\/li>\n
  6. You must reside in the United States or a US Military base to win, and be a US citizen.\n<\/li>\n
  7. This contest is valid only where legal, and you may not enter if you are under the jurisdiction of somewhere that it is not legal.\n<\/li>\n
  8. All taxes and tax reporting are the responsibility of the winners.\n<\/li>\n
  9. You must legally be allowed to own the item that you win and you must be able to take possession of it yourself where you live. High capacity magazines and many firearms are not legal in all states and all locations, and many need special permits that you must have. If it is determined that you cannot take possession of the item, a new winner will be chosen and the first winner will receive nothing.\n<\/li>\n
  10. There is no cash value to this giveaway. The physical items will be sent to the winners or the FFL dealer of the winners in the case of guns.\n<\/li>\n
  11. GunsAmerica and all the participating companies are not liable to give anything away. We are free to give nothing away at all if circumstances don’t work out correctly. We will do our best to get the items to the winners in a timely fashion and generally everyone gets their stuff.\n<\/li>\n
  12. The winners may or may not be posted in the Blog and on Facebook. Gun owners are generally privacy conscious and often people don’t even want their first name and city posted. If the winners wish to send in a picture of them with the item, we will be happy to post it.\n<\/li>\n
  13. By entering this contest, you give GunsAmerica and the participating companies the right to email you for other things if we so choose. If you are a gun nut, you will generally be happy about whatever it is, and none of the GunsAmerica Partner Companies spam people.\n<\/li>\n
