Springfield has brought several compact self-defense-purposed weapons to SHOT 2020. Among them, the SAINT Edge PDW<\/a> is maybe the most balanced personal defense weapon (PDW) in terms of size, firepower and deployment speed. This 5.5″ barreled, 5.56 NATO-chambered AR-style pistol is a sweet little package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were really impressed by the compactness of the Edge PDW after handling it in person. It would slide under nearly any vehicle’s front seat, inside a nightstand, or even in a bathroom drawer. And all you have to do in order to start dispensing freedom is rip open the brace, flick the safety off and start squeezing the trigger. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
