Constitutional Carry is rolling out in the Lone Star State this week.

Not one, not two, not three, but four home intruders tried to break into a Phoenix home earlier this month, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

“Untraceable, unserialized ghost guns are one of the fastest growing threats to public safety, full stop,” said John Feinblatt, president of Everytown for Gun Safety in a press release obtained by GunsAmerica. 

“South Carolina will get out of the group of Florida, New York, Illinois and California which don’t have any form of open carry of a handgun, and will put us with 45 other states which have some type of open carry of a handgun,” Cox explained. “This is a proven policy throughout the country.  This is proven and this is safe.”

Rare Breed Triggers, makers of the FRT-15 trigger system, is challenging the ATF following the agency’s recent FRT-15 machinegun classification.

A gun-rights group is suing the organizers of the Minnesota State Fair this year over its prohibition on the lawful carry of firearms during the event that runs from Aug. 26- Sept. 6, 2021. 

“The panel majority correctly denied that attempt, and this Court should now affirm that decision, en banc,” they wrote in the brief. 

“A lack of resources shouldn’t prevent gun violence survivors and their allies from holding reckless actors in the gun industry accountable,” said Eric Tirschwell, managing director for Everytown Law in a press release obtained by GunsAmerica.  

Letting Chipman run the ATF would be putting the proverbial fox in charge of the hen house.
