Police claim Harper’s latest move violated state laws against carrying a rifle into any establishment where alcohol is served. The Oklahoman reports that prosecutors have already decided to pursue a felony charge against Harper.

Pigs are flying, Hell hath frozen, and the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals just handed down a pro-gun ruling. In a 2-1 decision, a three-judge panel of the full court ruled that the state of Hawaii violated the Second Amendment rights of a man named George Young when they denied him a permit to openly carry a loaded firearm in public.

A Kansas restaurant chain is getting applause and a bit of negative feedback for their pro-gun policy after a pro-gun post on Facebook.

The Supreme Court gave the cold shoulder to gun rights on Monday, turning away cases challenging Maryland’s black rifle ban and Florida’s open carry prohibition. 

The American Civil Liberties Union is putting its foot down when it comes to providing legal representation for those who would seek to exercise their First and Second Amendment rights simultaneously.

Two armed men who walked into a Michigan police station last February wearing face masks and body armor have been convicted, not for their actions in the police station, but for improperly storing a firearm immediately before their arrest.

The Florida Supreme Court upheld last week the state’s ban on openly carrying firearms, according to the Associated Press.
