On Tuesday, a federal appeals court ruled 11-4 in favor of a Pennsylvania man affirming that his 2A rights cannot be stripped due to a conviction for a non-violent crime

In a 24-11 vote on Friday, the Connecticut State Senate approved a bill to further tighten the state’s stringent firearm laws.  

The California Senate passed a draconian bill Wednesday requiring all semiautomatic handguns in the state to incorporate microstamping technology.

Borwegen says that his boss is “100 percent for gun control,” including “Red flags. Banning automatic rifles, like all that sh**.”

Lombardo defended his decision, stating, “I will not support legislation that infringes on the constitutional rights of Nevadans.”

In a statement to the Associated Press, Banyai explained that Slate Ridge is a “safe and environmentally friendly place for people to discharge their firearms.”

In a bold move to dismantle gun control measures, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert has presented the Shall Not Be Infringed Act.

Over the past week, Washington, Maryland, and Colorado have been joined by Oregon in passing some of the strictest gun control laws in recent history.

Further, the new plan forms a committee to review firearms currently for sale in Canada and allows for the addition of new models to the 2020 ban provided they are manufactured after the C-21 law was put in place. Conservatives warn that the committee will be used to continue restricting citizens’ rights in the coming years.
