The wild shootout went down in west Houston in the wee hours of the morning. Picture this: a brave 60-year-old citizen caught two suspicious car burglars outside his home. 

After a brief exchange and at least one expletive, Tobias brandished a gun and aimed it at Fullard. In response, Fullard also produced a firearm, and both individuals fired shots almost simultaneously. 

The incident unfolded when the victim, a homeowner residing in Cross Lanes, promptly alerted 911 upon discovering an unauthorized male on his premises.

He said, “It was either them or me – that’s how I was looking at it and I was making sure it wasn’t me or my family.”

Body cam footage shows a homeowner was shot and killed last month when officers went to the wrong address. 

A young man shot and killed a gunman who attempted to rob him.

According to a police report from the Davie Police Department, the couple was “on the phone with the customer, trying to find the right address” when they arrived at the wrong location.

A would-be robber was shot last week when an armed citizen stopped to help.
