Tactical Solutions dropped two new products at the 2019 SHOT Show and both look promising. The company has a long history of producing reliable, effective products for .22 caliber rifles and pistols. They have award-winning suppressors in .22 caliber, and their lightweight barrels for the 10/22 platform are great upgrades.
The first new offering is a teeny tiny .22 suppressor called the Aeris. This micro suppressor has 3 baffles, is 3 inches long, and weighs 3 ounces. They should have named it the trifecta, or maybe that was taken?
In any case, the Aeris is made almost entirely of titanium, but it has the patented Tactical Solutions stainless steel split tube sleeve surrounding the baffle stack. This ensures the baffle stack can be easily reassembled after cleaning by the user no matter how dirty it gets. According to the company it has about 30 dB of sound suppression on rifle length applications. The Aeris is rated for all rimfire cartridges including .22LR, .22 Mag, .17HMR, etc. Available in the next month for $297.
Another new Tactical Solutions product at SHOT Show this year was the Pac Lite TSS. It is an integrally suppressed replacement upper for Ruger Mark III pistols. It will also fit Mark I, Mark II, and 22/45 series Ruger pistols. The baffles are titanium and the main tube is aluminum, which keeps the weight at a low 11 ounces. Like the Aeris, the Pac Lite TSS has a stainless steel split tube sleeve around the baffles. The bore length is 3.5 inches and the overall length is 12.75 inches. The barrel has a 1:16 twist. It comes with an adjustable rear sight and a fiber optic front sight. It is also is tapped for a rail for an optic. The Pac Lite TSS It has an MSRP of $599 and they will ship in the next month.

Why would they not make the upper for the Mark IV? I long ago traded my mark iii for the IV when it came out and love it! So much easier, maybe they figure a lot of 4’s come with threaded barrels already and trying to get the market of the tens of thousands of previous models in America! Well I guess I answered my own question.
These will sell like hot cakes, who doesn’t have a ruger .22?
