The Trump administration officially banned bump stocks Tuesday morning. Those in possession of the reciprocating stocks will have 90 days to turn ’em in or destroy ’em.

“The only thing that I’m sad about is that the law-abiding citizens that purchased those (bump stocks) now have to give them back and in doing so (the state is) not going to give them what they paid for them, which is really stealing,” Dattilio explained.

“So we’re knocking out bump stocks,” Trump continued. “I’ve told the NRA, I’ve told everyone. Bump stocks are gone. But to do it you have to go to public hearings — which we’ve had.

The Vermont State Police announced Monday that they would begin anonymous collection of bump stocks, which have been banned in the state following passage of a gun control bill by the state legislature.

Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner unveiled his “comprehensive safety plan” Monday than includes several unsavory anti-gun measures.

Last call for bump stocks! Slide Fire Solutions, the preeminent manufacturer of reciprocating stocks, is closing its doors on May 20.

Florida isn’t the only free state to go anti-gun this year. Now Vermont is poised to adopt tougher gun control measures.

To be abundantly clear, there is no grandfather clause in the NPRM.  In other words, this is confiscation, folks.
