Impressions
Ripple Effect is out of South Africa, and was at one time the same company that produced the MILCORE rotating six-round grenade launcher for the military. Those were just coming into service when I was rotating off a line unit, but the guys loved them. They had nothing but awesome things to say, and how could you not. The launcher is basically an overgrown revolver that shoots 40mm hate and discontent in the form of high explosives and shrapnel. Why, exactly, is South Africa the home of such devastating weaponry? I don’t know, maybe it’s something in the water.
The new Ripple Effect launcher is available in 37mm or 40mm, depending on how gangster your department is. Rounds include tear gas, flashbang and bean bag. If Antifa makes an appointment with your city, I suggest you make an appointment with AMTEC. Remember what we learned in Phoenix. Crotch shots with anti-riot rounds are both hysterical and encouraged.
