Two appeared to be ATF agents. The third was a Delaware State Police trooper. None wore body cameras.

After watching surveillance footage of the incident, investigators said that the 22-year-old responded to the threat within 15 seconds after the shooting began.  

The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday held a markup on H.R. 1808, a bill to ban the sale, import, manufacture or transfer of certain semi-automatic weapons.
