“I’m not a killer or anything, but I do believe in defending what’s mine,” she continued. “I hope that woke him up.”

“I was confident enough to know that she knew how to use the firearm if needed,” said the girl’s father.

Pastor David George of Oakville, Wash., took no pleasure in his role stopping an active killer last week in a local Walmart parking lot. Schools owe it to their students to look into every resource that might help during an active shooter incident. Despite what the mainstream media would have you believe, armed teachers are almost always highly trained and offer unique advantages over a school resource officer.
