The 85-year-old man in Kansas City, Missouri has been charged with armed assault and armed criminal action after shooting Ralph Yarl who rang his doorbell by mistake. 

Arian Davis was sitting in a car at the cemetery with others when 29-year-old Daniel Hawkins approached and began shooting at them. 

The 14-year-old boy got caught in the act by the homeowner, who then shot him in the stomach.

Local Daily News tells us that the troopers were approaching on foot when they found the home fully engulfed in flames. The homeowner was standing in the doorway with a gun.

The homeowner caught the suspect entering through the back of his home around 5:30 am.

While attempting to flee, the suspect entered the homeowner’s yard and attacked the victim when he was confronted.

It was a massive seven-foot-eight beast, and the homeowner said they saw each other at the same time.
