The young man who allegedly shot and killed nine people at a historic church in Charleston, South Carolina, has been caught, authorities announced late Thursday morning.

FBI and Charleston police identified the gunman as 21-year-old Dylann Roof. He was arrested during a traffic stop in Shelby, North Carolina, around 11:15 a.m.

Carson Cowles, the suspect’s uncle, told Reuters that his nephew is a “shy person” who often “kept to himself.” Cowles was outraged by the young man’s brutal act.

“He’s a monster, and they need to catch him, and he needs to pay for what he’s done,” he said prior to Roof’s capture.

Here we go again. The criminal actions of one will condem the legal actions of millions because he used a firearm. When a Muslim’s criminal actions occur, we are told by the Goverment not to judge or be prejudicial towards all Muslims. Based on the patches on his coat which identify African white minority governments long since abolished, his drive may have been political. Then again it could have been life imitates video game too. I’m all for due process but I sure support expediting Cases like this, their Appeals and carrying out the Courts Orders.
