Bond Arms has recently unveiled a new lever-action rifle that combines the classic operating mechanism with the ergonomics, capacity, and modularity of an AR-15. The Bond Arms lever action AR lower can be used with any mil-spec AR-15 upper, feeds from an AR-15 mag, and accepts a variety of Magpul or Remington 870 shotgun stocks.

The only thing of interest here is the lever action. The Cyclops is just plain stupid, with the Texan just inches behind it because of the heavier frame and longer grip. These are both wrist breakers with no real purpose unless you’re trapped in a cave with a grizzly.
I’d love to have one. I like lever actions.
I dont know whether to laugh, puke, or cry.
Jake, give them some time and they will out law these in Illinois too. Everyone know Chicago runs All of Illinois.
If you live in a Blue S…hole state such as I do, you need some innovative gunsmithing. A lever action lower or Fight Light lower will let you legally use the uppers you may already have. There are pump or slide action “AR’s” coming as well. Whatever it takes. FJB-In Illinois you can take that more than one way.
Why ?
When can I buy just the lower?
Sorry, posted that wrong. The question when can I buy just the lower was supposed to go as it’s own coment. To answer your question, a lot of us folks out here like lever actions or pumps.
So maybe swap out with a 300Blackout upper?
Hi there, and thank you for the article. I have an unrelated question, however… Do you know what has happened to the articles by Will Dabbs? Thanks!
@Frank;
They are still there; was there a SPECIFIC article? If you can’t find it for whatever reason, he also posts on Firearms News, Guns & Ammo and probably a few others….
Thanks for the information, Steven. The last two weeks of the GA Digest didn’t have an article by Will… perhaps because of the focus on the NRA show. I’ll check some of the other publications.
The Bond Arms lever action AR… and I thought I’d seen EVERYTHING !
( WAIT !!! Is there a Black Powder Muzzle Loader AR in the works ??? )
