Like NEW Ruger No.1 California Highway Patrol Limited Edition .357 Magnum, Only 1820 mfg. in early 1990's The left side of the receiver is roll-marked with the logo for the California Association of Highway Patrolmen (a "Winged Tire") above the line "Limited Edition". This sharp “CHP” single-shot rifle features: a hammer-forged 22" sporter weight barrel; adjustable folding leaf rear sight mounted on a quarter rib with a ramp front sight base and dovetail-type gold bead front sight; quick detachable sling swivels; beautiful checkered American walnut stock with a satin finish; forearm in the Alexander Henry style; pistol grip buttstock with gold Ruger eagle logo steel grip cap; and red rubber buttpad with the Ruger eagle logo.
