The magazine catch, charging handle and ejection port are all reversible, making the Cx4 left-hand friendly. The full-length Picatinny top rail is ready to mount optics. The adjustable sights can be flipped down when using an optic. An extendable accessory rail is located in the forend for a weapon mounted light.
