Easy transaction shipped next day cant ask for better service

Due to a glitch in the inventory program of The Little Sportman Shop, the gun I purchased was showed as "In Stock" but in reality it was not. That's why I was able to purchase it. When tracking was not available for a few days after the purchase, I called the store and they were very helpful. They apologized for not having an updated stock information and explained what happened. They offered a refund of the full amount and I accepted their offer. Two days later, the money was in my account. Great customer service. Will buy from them again with no hesitation.

Sold me a gun was suppose to ship in 24 to 48 hours. 4 days later I have to call to be told they had already sold it. Bad business!

Won bid and completed the transaction. Seller informed me that pistol was no longer available.

I received phone message form seller that they didn't get payment information or FFL to process and requested direct contact to provide. Please advise.

Sell needs to be sent FFL information.
