The Remington Model 783 Synthetic is a bolt-action hunting rifle offered in Remington’s budget-oriented 783 family. Full-size synthetic models are furnished with a button-rifled 22 in barrel in a matte black finish, a synthetic stock with stippled grip panels, and a SuperCell-style recoil pad. The action uses a 90°-lift bolt and a user-adjustable CrossFire-style trigger. Feeding is via a detachable box magazine (four-round standard capacity on non-magnum calibers).
