Manufacturer was Jianshe Arsenal of Chongqing, China, some time in the late 1950s or early 1960s. Construction is entirely steel body and floorplate, with steel spring and milled cartridge follower. This magazine holds 10 rounds of 7.62x39 caliber ammunition. Installation of it into a rifle may require fitting. Finish is blued steel. Surface detractions are moderate, principally some pitting on the left side.
