GERMAN ARMY PRE-WW2 TRAINING RIFLE - FREE SHIPPING!!

This is a WWII Vet bring-back. My dad bought it from his friend a vet in 1953. Dad refinished it and used it for target practice for many years. I have had it locked in a gun safe since he passed. I don't know what company manufactured it. Perhaps you can tell from the markings on the gun. It still has some "notches" on the top of the stock where the shooter marked his kills. It is chambered for the .22LR Cal, single-shot bolt action. It has a very thick, heavy barrel. After doing some research on my own, I have found that guns like these were used as "training rifles" by the German army between WWI and WWII. A very Interesting piece of history.
