The Winchester Model 70 Super Grade is a classic bolt-action hunting rifle built with a controlled-round-feed action and a three-position safety. This Super Grade configuration features a cold hammer-forged, free-floating 26 in barrel, a one-piece steel bottom metal with a hinged floorplate magazine and a high-gloss blued finish.
The stock is fancy/grade walnut with a shadowline cheekpiece and fine checkering; the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounts (scope and mounts not included). The factory magazine capacity is 3 rounds and nominal weight for this configuration is 8.5 lb.
