The Model 70 Super Grade is Winchester's premium Model 70 offering finished with exhibition-grade maple and high-quality metalwork. This Super Grade Maple configuration is chambered in 6.5 PRC with a 24in free-floating hammer-forged barrel and recessed target crown. It features Winchester's M.O.A. trigger system and a Pre-'64 style controlled-round-feed bolt with a jeweled bolt body and knurled bolt handle.
The Super Grade Maple ships with a gloss AAA maple stock with shadowline cheekpiece, an engraved hinged floorplate, Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad and sling swivel studs. The action includes a three-position safety and the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases, allowing easy mounting of optics.
