The Taurus G2S is a single-stack subcompact semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger. It ships with two magazines and a polymer frame with textured grip panels for improved retention.
The pistol features a 3.25 in barrel, fixed sight and an adjustable sight, a striker-fired single-action trigger with restrike capability, a manual safety plus trigger safety and a firing pin block, and a loaded chamber indicator. An integral Mil-STD 1913 Picatinny rail accepts lights or lasers for tactical use.
