The 1911 Loaded Marine Corps Operator from Springfield Armory is a full-size, duty-grade 1911 built with tactical features and a forged construction. It ships with a 5" match-grade forged stainless steel barrel, a forged carbon steel slide and frame finished in Cerakote (OD Green frame / black slide), and low-profile combat sights.
Factory features include an integral Picatinny rail on the dust cover for accessories, an ambidextrous extended thumb safety, Pachmayr wrap-around rubber grips, and (2) 7-round magazines. The pistol uses a GI-style recoil system and has an overall length of 8.6" and a listed weight of 43 oz.
