The M&P9 Shield M2.0 is a compact, striker-fired 9mm pistol built on the M&P M2.0 design. It features a 3.1 in stainless steel barrel and slide with an Armornite® finish, steel and steel sights, and an aggressive textured polymer grip for enhanced control.
Designed for concealed carry and everyday carry use, the Shield M2.0 is extremely thin and lightweight (18.3 oz) and includes two magazines (one 7-round and one 8-round extended). The pistol incorporates the M&P M2.0 trigger with a tactile reset, a manual thumb safety, and Smith & Wesson’s take-down lever and sear deactivation systems that allow disassembly without pulling the trigger.
