Smith & Wesson Alloy framed 39 9 m/m #85500 4” bbl with an excellent bore. This Steel slide & black finished alloy frame retains 98-99% of its original finish showing occasional slight handling marks, an excellent bore and has 50% coverage of foliate scroll engraving by Alvin White Master Engraver. Gold inlaid Smith & Wesson markings are found on the left side of slide. Features include a serrated ramp front sight w/ square notch adj. rear sight. 2 Piece smooth Goncalo Alves grips w/ S&W medallions show slight handling marks. Included is a single 8 rd. magazine. This firearm is housed in a Griffin Protector wood display case w/ red & black felt interior having Corbin Sesame keyless lock. Case contains mfg. hang tags and ’s business card. The Corbin lock has 999 possible combinations. Unfortunately the combination is not known and the lock is stuffed with paper to prevent it from locking. Discovering the combination would be an interesting rainy day endeavor. In all an absolutely fabulous looking firearm embellished by one of the finest engravers.
