The Remington RM380 is an all-metal micro pocket pistol chambered in .380 ACP designed for deep concealment and personal defense. It uses a hammer-initiated, double-action-only (DAO) trigger and feeds from single-stack 6-round magazines (6+1 with a chambered round). The RM380 features a 2.9 in barrel, fixed iron sights, an ambidextrous low-profile magazine release, and a slide stop on the left side.
Built around a hard-anodized black machined 7075-T6 aluminum frame with a satin black oxide-finished stainless steel slide and synthetic grip panels, the RM380 is compact (about 5.25 in overall) and weighs approximately 12.2 oz unloaded. The design includes passive internal safety features and a chamber indicator but does not incorporate an external manual safety, accessory rail, optics cut, or threaded barrel.
