The Kel-Tec P17 is a compact, hammer-fired, single-action semi-automatic pistol chambered in .22 LR. It uses a straight blowback action and accepts a 16-round detachable box magazine.
The pistol features a 3.8 in threaded barrel (with removable thread adapter), a fiber-optic front sight and an adjustable rear sight, and an integrated Picatinny-style accessory rail forward of the trigger guard. Unloaded weight is 10.9 oz and overall length is 6.7 in.
