The GLOCK 21 Gen5 MOS is a full-size .45 Auto pistol in GLOCK’s fifth-generation configuration with a factory Modular Optic System (MOS) cut. It features GLOCK’s Safe Action® system, the Gen5 high-traction polymer frame texture, the GLOCK Modular Backstrap System (MBS) for grip adjustability, a reversible magazine catch and an ambidextrous slide stop lever.
Built with GLOCK’s nDLC surface finish and the Marksman barrel design, the G21 Gen5 MOS has a 4.61in (117 mm) barrel and a standard magazine capacity of 13 rounds (10-round optional). Published dimensions list an overall length of 8.07in (205 mm) and manufacturer weights of 25.93 oz without magazine and 38.62 oz loaded. The MOS configuration provides an OEM-ready optic mounting option while retaining polymer iron sight line-of-sight specifications.
