Ruger Vaquero single-action revolver chambered in .357 Magnum (accepts .38 Special). This Lipsey’s-exclusive reissue is offered in a high-gloss stainless finish with two-piece laminated rosewood grips and a 7.5in barrel. It ships as a 6-shot single-action revolver.
Built with Ruger’s New-Model single-action features, the Vaquero includes a patented reverse-indexing pawl, a transfer-bar safety with loading-gate interlock, a large crescent ejector rod head and a cold hammer-forged barrel. It is fitted with a blade front sight and an integral notch rear sight.
The Lipsey’s reissue for 2025 is presented as a shooter-oriented stainless model; publisher and distributor listings cite a 47 oz empty weight and a $1,099 MSRP for the stainless Vaquero reissue.
